The Inn's Front Desk is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for reservations and inquiries.  The proprietors live on property and can be wakened after hours for walk-ins, if rooms are available. Our Deluxe Continental Breakfast is not always available if rooms are not booked in advance.

The Highland Inn offers online reservations so you can book your room at your leisure. When you make a reservation online during business hours, we can usually confirm the reservation within an hour and sometimes sooner.  If you make the reservation after business hours, between 9 pm and 8 am, we will confirm the reservation as soon as we open the Front Desk around 8 am.  Please call us direct if you need same-day reservations. If you are coming with a group, your rooms may not be available online so call us direct to reserve.
Some weekends listed are busier and a two-night minimum stay is required. If you book for one day, your booking will unfortunately be declined.  A major credit card will be needed to book online.

Policies, terms and conditions:
Rates are subject to change and Holiday or Special Event rates may apply.
A guarantee is required for all reservations, minimum stay requirements may apply.
72 hours notice is required for cancellations in order to avoid a one night charge for room and tax.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on some of the porches.
Check-in time is from 2 pm to 9 pm. Later arrivals can be arranged.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Well-behaved attended pets accepted for a $20 daily cleaning charge by advance arrangement.  Please be aware we have a lobby cat.
