A Prom Night TraditionDining at the Highland Inn features hearty portions of regional American cuisine prepared by Chef Lisa Jamison. Our dining week begins on Wednesday with a dinner buffet.  On Thursday we offer our regular menu served in the Tavern.  Friday and Saturday dining includes Chef Lisa's Monthly Dinner Specials to expand the variety of our dinner menu. We conclude our dining week with a Sunday Brunch Buffet.

 

Dining brefore the PromThe Monterey Dining Room offers a  more tradtional dining setting , while the Black Sheep Tavern offers a casual dining atmosphere.  A selection of beer and a variety of wines including a Virginia selection is offered while dining. Reservations are always accepted and recommended for parties of five or more.
